Payment

We accept payment from any major credit or debit card, subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Payment must be cleared prior to release of any goods. For whatever reason, if we are unable to fulfil your order following your purchase, we will contact you to advise of this. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by any unfulfilled order.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of our juicing business, we are unable to accept cancellations less than 48 hours before your delivery date. This includes postponement to a different date or a cleanse of different duration. Cancellations must be emailed to: operations@imgettingjuicy.com

Refunds

Once delivery has been accepted, we are unable to accept returns or refunds due to the perishable content of the goods. However, we do want you to be happy with our products, and we know that on occasion oversights can happen. If any of your items have not met your expectations, send us an email with images and a description of the issue and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Delivery of goods

Upon receiving your delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the contents for any discrepancies or damages. You must notify us within a 4-hour timescale. Failure to do so may result in our refusal to refund or replace your items.

We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or missing which have not been reported on the same day of delivery.

We will not accept liability for any inconvenience or loss for delayed delivery caused by any third party, for example supplier shortages, adverse weather conditions, traffic, or courier disruptions. This includes error on your part as the purchaser of our goods. Detailed and accurate instructions must be provided for your delivery address, we cannot be held liable or incorrect or partially incorrect delivery details.

You must be present to accept delivery times which have been provided to you, otherwise re-delivery will be attempted at your expense. DPD customer services can be contacted on 0121 275 0505 and a request made to for you to collect at the depot that same day, otherwise it may be destroyed within 24hrs due to being a chilled product.

We acknowledge that due to circumstances out with our control, deliveries can, on occasion, arrive out with their allocated delivery times. We may refund the delivery fee in these instances at our discretion.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Revisions to products and prices

All prices include VAT (where applicable). Due to fluctuations in costs of our fresh produce, fuel prices, and logistics, prices for our products are subject to change without notice at any given time. This is to reflect corresponding increases in operational costs. For whatever reason, when any of our products become unavailable, we will make contact to notify you of the items and to discuss provision of alternatives.

Health and nutritional information

It is your responsibility to seek medical advice with your GP before starting any program of nutrition to determine suitability. Our juices are unpasteurised and may contain harmful bacteria that can cause illness in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems. We do not claim to give medical advice or make health claims in relation to any of our products. JUICY products are made in a kitchen which handles all allergens, including nuts. There is no guarantee our products are allergen-free. In ordering from us you acknowledge we cannot be held responsible for any reaction to our products.
