Hello to all you lovely juicers! At JUICY, we want everyone to enjoy our amazing range of products. We strive to have every single order arrive at your door with the loving care and attention they (and you!) deserve.
To begin your love affair with juicing, simply click on the length of juice cleanse you wish to purchase, choose your preferences of juice varieties from the drop-box options and then your preferred delivery date. Simples!
If you have not chosen a delivery date, we will send your juices out for next day delivery (damn we’re good!). Our juices last a maximum of three days by the time they arrive at your door, so for the 5- or 7-day cleanse options we will send your order in two separate parcels to ensure optimum freshness, locking in those amazing nutrients. Point to note - the second delivery is free from additional postage costs (it’s on us!)
The delivery lowdown
Our couriers deliver Tuesday to Friday of each week. We provide a subsidised rate of delivery as follows:
· £9.95 for all our standard next day delivery services
· £11.95 for guaranteed next day by 12-noon
· £15.95 for guaranteed next day by 10:30am
We tried soooo hard to offer free delivery, but with the weight of our products, the insulated packaging required and the immediate temperature-controlled delivery, it was just a stretch too far for us (sigh). We have however, chosen DPD as our delivery partner to ensure you get the very best in service.
On the morning of your chosen delivery date, you will be sent an email or text message with a one-hour window time slot in addition to tracking information. If your timeslot is missed, please follow instructions within your DPD confirmation email for next steps. If a resolution cannot be found, contact us within 2 hours of your expected delivery time at operations@imgettingjuicy.com and we will address things for you as quickly as we can.
Storage
It is super important your juices are refrigerated immediately upon arrival and always remain so. These babies are delicate and must not be kept at room temperature! We recommend storing your juices below 3°C chill to maintain their nutritional integrity. If you are taking your juices out on the go, take them in a cool bag with an ice pack. We cannot be held responsible for products that are left to spoil because of their misuse. Use strictly within their use by date and consume within 24 hours of opening.
